My Computer
15" unibody MacBook Pro, 2.2 GHz i5, 4 GB DDR3
From a real-geeks-build-their-own-machines quad-boot setup to a wuss-o-rama new age computer that you basically just turn on and use, I've tried a variety of configurations. In the end, portability and getting things done won the day, and the MacBook excels on both counts.

Rockin' the OpenDocument standards, it's the free office suite for the open source crowd. Even though Microsoft works hard to make 100% compatibility impossibile, Sun makes as good an attempt as you'll see. |

We know you have a choice in browsers and we're glad you choose Firefox for your browsing needs. It's the browser with the best keyboard shortcuts, an extensive open source add-ons library, and security that's a cut above. Some of my favorite normal people add-ons are Invisible Hand to find all the best prices online and Last.fm to track my listening on Pandora. For the geeks, get yourself Firebug for web development and debugging and Greasemonkey to add your own special JavaScript touches to poorly developed sites that you find you just have to put up with. |
